Locking Combinations

So I'm currently learning how to lock so I'll be posting the combinations and basic exercises that I've been learning here along with my videos.

COMBINATION
Break down (8 counts) > Muscle Man > Lock > Scooby Doo > Muscle Man > Lock > Scooby Doo > Pace (2 counts) > Arm Twirl > Point > Self 5 >

EXERCISE 1 - Rotating
Muscle Man > Lock > Scooby Doo >
Muscle Man (Rotate 90°) > Scooby Doo >
[REPEAT UNTIL TIRED]

EXERCISE 2 - Mixing up timing
Use only Muscle Man > Lock and Pointing
and mix up timing with holds and speed

EXERCISE 3 - Levels
Muscle Man / Arm Twirl / Hand Up / Point > Low Lock > [REPEAT]
This is a really fast exercise that works on Standing and Squatting levels. You'll learn to bounce up and down quickly. *NOTE: Make sure to reset the arms down after the Low Lock before you transition into the upward move. It'll look nicer.

EXERCISE 4 - 5 star
Pace (2 counts) > Muscle Man > Lock > Point Left > Point Right > Point Forward > Point Back > Point Forward (Hold for 2 counts) > Self 5
*NOTE: Make sure to slap your thigh with the off hand so that it properly resets. Will look nicer. Also alternate between slouch and upright positions from point to point.
